My first pan was a fail because I forgot to include the sugar and vanilla in the mixture. So the batter turned out to be a sponge and it looked like wrinkled. As the rest of the batter, I did a quick adjustment and incorporated the missing ingredients and my cheesecake turned out to be fine. :)
I then made the filling. I would love to cheat and make use of the canned blueberry, but I decided to forego it and do my own blueberry filling. It took a lot of time to make the filling and to get the right consistency of the sauce.
On my next venture to making another cheesecake improvement, I will definitely try the ones in the can! I'd love to sell this, but I'm not completely satisfied with the outcome of it. I need to make room for improvements before I can 101% place it in my menu listing.
