Blueberry Cheesecake Trial

I tried making my version of Blueberry Cheesecake. A buyer made a request if I could make some for his friend. I searched for the recipe that I know would be unique and different from the "common" cheesecake recipes.

My first pan was a fail because I forgot to include the sugar and vanilla in the mixture. So the batter turned out to be a sponge and it looked like wrinkled. As the rest of the batter, I did a quick adjustment and incorporated the missing ingredients and my cheesecake turned out to be fine. :)


I then made the filling. I would love to cheat and make use of the canned blueberry, but I decided to forego it and do my own blueberry filling. It took a lot of time to make the filling and to get the right consistency of the sauce. 



On my next venture to making another cheesecake improvement, I will definitely try the ones in the can! I'd love to sell this, but I'm not completely satisfied with the outcome of it. I need to make room for improvements before I can 101% place it in my menu listing.

A Bite of Cappuccino

I L-O-V-E COFFEE!! So coffee in cakes is my idea of heaven! I heart it in chiffon cakes, pound cakes, muffins, big cakes.


I made cappuccino cupcake topped with baked cream cheese. It was so yummy. The coffee cake was similar to sponge cake, only smaller. I can really taste the coffee, it was soooo good!

Classic Flour-less Chocolate Cake

Are you a chocolate lover? Chocolate addict? Can't live without chocolate? Or on a diet? :) If you answered to the first 3 questions, then you are on the right blog post.

I was a bit hesitant when I decided to have this on the menu. For one thing, I am not that much of a chocolate addict, I mean, I can be, once in awhile. Plus, I was thinking how this cake would rise up if no flour is involved. Amidst my speculations and what if's, this cake rose just right. I baked this using an 8" round pan, and sliced into 8.

I tried one and half slice. The texture is very heavy. Seems a little dry (for this batch). However, it's really FILLING. You can taste the bitter dark chocolate. The chocolate icing on top gave the cake the right sweetness. I also tried eating this with vanilla ice cream. It was good, but I bet that it would taste much better with caramel ice cream. :)

Choco Cookie Cupcake

This is our newest product. My best selling chocolate chip cookie is loved by my mom, family, friends, girlfriends, & the b.f. So I gave it a try. Why not make a cookie into a cupcake? 


And Viola! This is the finished product. I like the crispy edges it has, and soft chewy portion in the middle. This is best to top with whipped cream, ice cream, & ice cream on the side. I'll sell it bare for the mean time until I come up with a yummy frosting.

Yellow Bubble Cake





Wondered where the bubbles are? Well, these small coarse nuts are known as 'bubbles'. :) Interesting right?

These yellow two-layered 9" cake is very soft and moist. Taste is similar to 'Sara Lee's Refrigerated Cake (the ones packaged in aluminum foils ;) ) The bubbles add a crunchy side and flavor to the cake.
