Changes

Confezioni Dolce will be experiencing some changes for the month of July.
Our apologies for our regular clients and future clients. 

Rest assured that whilst we're away, we will still be posting new menus for you to taste once we resume our operations.


Last day of delivery will be on July 9, Friday. You can start placing your orders starting today until next week. 


As a recap and insight for our "supposed" plan for July:
-freebies for assortment boxes
-release of new menus
-shipping bases
-trial shipping via Xend
-treat for our regular clients
-GC's


So much to do, yet it seems our time was cut down. . :(

The Confezioni Dolce Team

We Are Open!

Confezioni Dolce is finally open for business. After being closed for 10 days, we are now ready to take your orders again. :)

Here's what in store:

* Ordering and Delivery/Meet-ups shall be open ONLY from May 17 (Monday) to May 21 (Friday), 2010. Why? To paved the way for our online bake sale which will start on May 24, 2010 (Monday) until further notice.

* How does the Online Bake Sale work?

> We will be providing a list of limited pieces per menu. All you need to do is comment here at Blogspot to place your orders. Since the menu will be containing limited pieces, a first come first serve basis will be implemented and no reordering will be allowed not until the bake sale has ended.

> Pricing. Prices are made either per piece, (assorted pieces) dozens, buy 1 take 1 and the like.

> Menu. The list of menus will be posted by the end of the week and will officially open on the 24th, Monday.

> Mode of Payment. COD or Bank deposits. 

> Meet-ups. Bethel SFDM, Phil. Heart Center & UP-Ayala Technohub

> Deliveries. TBA

The Baker Got Sick - boo!

The title says it all! :(
No blog updates because the baker had to rest for a few days.
Me, not loving the weather anymore :(


Here are the updates:
* Our FREE giveaway for the Mini BanaMon Cake has already ended. Sorry for those who weren't able to claim their cakes. You can grab the next freebie when the next promo comes out ;)


* Confezioni Dolce will be closed starting May 7- May 16, 2010. But we will be accepting orders, processing of your orders will resume on the 17th of May. :)


* An updated Ordering Policy will be posted either tomorrow or by Saturday, so please do read it before placing a 101% order.


* Sad to say, I still haven't found the right courier who can deliver my goodies for clients outside the Metro :( They said that LBC and Air21 can carry food items, but then I wanted to try the 999express.multiply.com.

The Search for The Mini Pans

So here's what went on my search yesterday.

Instead of finding the round pans like in those in the picture yesterday, I found this - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - 


2 different cup sizes for mini cakes. Due to excitement, I used all four of them just now. :D That's a picture of the cakes in the oven two hours ago.

 And now, this is what they look like. :) Baked sooo nicely. And now, they're up for some frosting and ready for deliver. I call them the Mini BanaMon Cakes.




 I even bought same cake boxes and cardboard boxes. :D  The finale photo will be up later.

Cake Sizes

I have always been fascinated how those tiny personalized cakes where made. It then got me to thinking yesterday that i may be able to make one if they have those tiny little cake round tins, if so, THERE IS, I will buy maybe 6 pairs of it. 


And then, I found this - - - (see picture below). So it's not the small pans.. harharhar!! :p This must be the ones 
they use. I wonder if there is one here in the PHilippines, and where? Hmmm...


So today, I'm off on the search for this tube pans for my mini version of my cakes. I actually plan to gift some of my friends tomorrow before they leave on Wednesday. 


I'll keep you posted what happens after the search - successful or not, let's wait and see! ;)

Our New Home (again)

Confezioni Dolce finally moved to WordPress, then finally here @ Blogspot. Difficulties with using WordPress is killing me. . headache! :(

More updates with the new recipes plus a review page from our beloved clients. Though, I still plan on keeping our FB fanpage, maybe I can incorporate it here.

I hope to get lots of reviews, visitors and CLIENTS.

I have a lot of things in store starting this year, promos, freebies, and free taste for every new recipe, something you guys can look forward to.

One update in mind is the upcoming Bake Sale!! :) Hooray! The menu will be marked down for a short period of time and it's only a first come first serve basis. New clients are welcome to attend.

It will be a busy month for me (aside from my regular & "real" job).

Fan Page

Confezioni Dolce started its fanpage at facebook last November 2009. At the start, we only had 1 menu in the list plus other goodies not posted. The fan page composed of common friends that knows me and added the page.

As of now, the page has 198 fans, 45 unknown fans, and 3 regular clients – we are expanding! Because of that, Confezioni Dolce needs a permanent home especially for those without Facebook accounts. Adjusting and catering to the needs of others gives us a plus point and hopefully will get new clients and more followers.

Baking is really my passion and I want to share it with others in an affordable price. With lots of bakers makings its way in the market, the competition for cheaper and affordable, yet quality-wise goodies is becoming higher.

As a bonus to an early success, we’ll be holding our first ever bake sale! Dropped prices for specific menu plus freebies for the first 19 clients to comment here at our Blogger page. New recipes awaits all loyal clients.

Who says baked goodies are only saleable during Christmas?
